I’m an adrenalin junkie who loves to talk when I’m working out. A 20-mile run is a great chance for three hours of non-stop talking and usually my running buddies are more than willing to give me the floor.
So I was nervous when Kathryn Campeau, of Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi, invited me to one of her club’s sessions.
