Thursday Night Dinner at the International Center in Florida
The Dunedin cook team hits a home run again. This week they put together a fantastic fresh wild Alaska salmon dinner with a special sauce that went with the fresh asparagus as well as the salmon. There was wild rice, scrumptious salad and a vegan option as well. The kitchen lead made a delicious lemon cream blueberry pie with optional whip cream.
“Good food always makes for good conversations and that makes for a fun-filled overall wonderful early evening out”, said participant Forrest Jordan.
