Finding balance and stability at the Edmonton National Program, Sept. 21-22
94 participants practiced Taoist Tai Chi® arts this weekend. Our focus was to find a feeling of balance and stability. In doing so, we practiced this in Danyu, Toryu, Parting Wild Horses Mane, Brush Knees, and Go Back to Ward Off Monkeys.
There was a discussion on how donations support the organization and open our hearts. Which helped participants gain a better understanding and a renewed enthusiasm of Taoist Tai Chi® arts.
A large number of participants tried Taoist chanting, learning new melodies and alternating bowing. Some felt it challenging and being like a beginner again. In doing so, a rewarding experience for all which energized the group.
